Josiah started LDV Productions in 2017 with a goal of creating quality content clients will love. His career experience ranges from feature film production, to broadcast news, to two Olympic games; most recently in Tokyo. With a B.A. in Media Communication, Josiah brings a blend of formal training and real-world experience when it comes to directing your project and transforming your concept into reality. In addition to running LDV Productions, Josiah creates award-winning video content for the Dallas Zoo, handling both internal and external production needs from end-to-end.

Jake Grinnell
Renaissance Man
Jake has nearly a decade of experience producing and writing for award-winning newscasts at Fox 4 in Dallas and brings with him a diverse skillset. He’s a jack-of-all-trades who you may see handling second-shooter duty, sound design, or set dressing and location scouting. Jake loves to tackle logistical issues and prides himself on completing projects on time and on budget.
Tasha Vecchioni
Organization Queen
Keeping projects on track, on schedule and on budget is no easy task, but Tasha sure makes it look that way. An expert at managing and meeting clients’ needs, Tasha brings 6 years of project management experience with her. You will probably see her doubling as script supervisor as well. Her commitment and attention to detail will ensure you are delivered the quality product you deserve!
